Do I need to purchase a ticket for my spouse?

To attend any part of the event, your Spouse will need to have their own CA/Spouse ticket. And trust us… they’ll want one! Get them here.

Does my child/spouse/CA need a ticket to attend the Gala Dinner and/or Beach Party?

Spouses/CA’s will need their own ticket(s) to attend the Gala Dinner and/or Beach Party. Children under 10 may attend either event at no cost, but as the Gala Dinner is a formal event, we encourage you to attend on your own.

I already bought a ticket but I need to purchase more- how do I do that?

If you have ALREADY PLACED an order but need to buy more tickets, please click here to do so. Do NOT place your additional ticket order using the main ticket page.

Where can I update my attendee info?

Starting 1 month before the event, we will be sending out emails with links and directions to update/change your attendee info, so keep an eye on your inbox and make sure you check your spam.

I bought tickets but I can't make it to Impact- can I get a refund?

We have a very strict no-refund policy on any tickets for all Impact event(s). If requested, a credit of the ticket purchase price can be issued for Impact 2018.

You may also ‘donate’ your ticket(s) to deserving Students and/or DCs who need to experience Epic Impact but currently aren’t in the financial position to attend.

Will I be sent physical tickets?

Nope! When you go to register (see above for more info) simply line up according to your last name so we can give you your name tag and workbook.

12:00-3:00: Ignite Q3 Private Training
2:00-4:00: Early Registration for any attendees!! Stop in the Paradise Foyer for your event materials
4:30-7:30: 2X Referral Docs and Referred Docs-Only boat cruise on Mission Bay. Be in front of Paradise Ballroom by 4:30 for pick up. SPONSORED BY:

The Mission Bay area of San Diego is FILLED with great hotels for all your accommodation needs- all you have to do is take your pick!

Below are a handful of hotels closest to Paradise Point to give you some options. Getting from your hotel to the resort will be simple and quick- just call an Uber and hop on in!

Can I get my registration materials early?

Absolutely! Beat the lines and register early in the Paradise Foyer (aka the ‘lobby’ of the main ballroom) from 2-4 on Thursday (9/28)!

Does my team register with me?

You and your team/guests MUST line up INDIVIDUALLY according to THEIR last name, NOT yours.

What's the best way to get around SD?

If you want to explore San Diego, using Uber/Lyft is your best bet (and easier/less expensive than a rental car!)
