I am the kind of person who goes into complete overwhelm before starting to take action, so after Ignite I put together a checklist and began planning for the upcoming year the Epic way. I had never planned out a month in my practice, let alone a year. I already had spoken about my goals but never written them down which is probably why my practice had been pretty stagnant.
